Tonight was killer, I did 1 hour of solid beach volleyball (competitive level) and then went to the gym for my Back/Legs workout. I know that workout was suppose to be tomorrow but I wanted to do that to give my upper body a bit of a break. That was a full 1.5 hr workout.
Feeling great right now
I am just starting out my routine now and try to get this all done and manage my weight then I will be going hard and bulking up pure muscle. This is my workout that I have created for myself. Below is a link for a published Google Doc showing the information.
