You have 28lbs to go, and have 184 days to do it? That's more than enough time lol. I lost 9lbs in 2 weeks with cardio for 40min. I basically eat what I want now and still lose weight.

Hey Matt, I can't see your last post.

Tonight was killer, I did 1 hour of solid beach volleyball (competitive level) and then went to the gym for my Back/Legs workout. I know that workout was suppose to be tomorrow but I wanted to do that to give my upper body a bit of a break. That was a full 1.5 hr workout.
